Brendan is a Director at MobbsMarr Legal and oversees the firm’s Family Law, Personal Injury Law and Criminal Law practice areas.

Brendan completed his traineeship in Ayr before returning home to Townsville where he has continued to work ever since, acting for clients throughout Queensland.

Brendan has experience acting for clients in complex family law matters and has undertaken a number of parenting and property orders and divorce applications. 

In his personal injury practice, Brendan has undertaken complex work and acted for clients in regard to motor vehicle accident claims, worker’s compensation claims, public liability claims and medical negligence. He also has experience acting on behalf of court appointed litigation guardians for serious injured people.
