Linda is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and has been practising exclusively in Family Law for more than 15 years.

Linda considers herself privileged to work with separated couples and families during what is a very stressful period of their lives. Linda’s focus is to guide her client’s through the Family Law process with precision and clarity to achieve a positive outcome for her clients with minimal stress. Where possible, Linda strives to reach that outcome through amicable negotiations and mediation. Linda is an experienced advocate in the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court should that approach be necessary.

Linda has a breadth of experience with complex property settlement matters involving taxation issues, multiple entities, trust restructuring, and self-managed superannuation funds. Linda also has experience in complex parenting matters involving international relocation, child abduction and recovery, and child abuse allegations.
As part of Linda’s commitment to obtaining the best outcome for her clients, Linda has developed strong relationships with industry experts including accountants, financial planners, business advisors, wealth advisors, brokers, valuers, counsellors, psychologists, family report writers, barristers and mediators.
As an extension of her practical experience, Linda is also collaboratively trained and is a member of the Queensland Association of Collaborative Practitioners.
